Between Me and You
Solo Exhibition
Between Me and You explored solitude and self-connection. The series began with a short text I wrote, helping me express deeper emotions through black-and-white ink drawings. The works portrayed a woman in moments of solitude — a time for peace and reflection, not always loneliness. Growing up as an only child, I became curious about how others spend their alone time. I often wonder, when meeting new people, if we fall in love with their solitude—an aspect we may never fully see. Through this process, I've realized that what is non-fiction for one person can become fiction for others, inviting viewers to reflect on the unseen moments in our lives.
For this occasion, I created silkscreen prints (edition of 20) and an A3-sized zine (edition of 40) including a fictional text and 9 black-and-white drawings.
